Sports Journalism

I spent the weekends watching whatever sport was in season with my brothers and father. Those many weekends watching LSU football or Celtics basketball is where my love for sports started. Sports journalism has blessed me with he opportunity to showcase my passion for sports. I have had the opportunity to investigate, write, and report about what I love most. Sports Packages

This award winning package previews the 2022 football season.

This package informs players how to properly hydrate before a game. I decided to create this package after Brandon High School football player, Phillip Laster, collapsed during his practice.

Sports Anchoring Reels

I began anchoring sports my junior year. I love being able to show more of my personality through sportscasts. Due to my growth as a sports anchor, I was named Sports Director my senior year. (the first female director at St. Joe) I have enjoyed the position and opportunities it has given me. By far my favorite aspect was training and preparing Bruin New Now's future sports anchors.
