Just as news loses relevance quickly, so does the way it is published. Newspapers are now online, weather can be determined on your phone, and news channels have websites. Twitter is the best social media platform for high school athletes to to get recognized by college coaches, so that they can play ball at the next level. Simultaneously, it is the best platform for sports anchors to post opinions, breaking news, and stories relating to sports. After deciding I wanted to become a sports reporter, I knew I needed to start a twitter page. I created my account at the beginning of this year. So far, I have highlighted St. Joe athletes accomplishments throughout this 2023 year, and I plan to expand my content even more in the near future. Below is a link to my twitter account.
